I've never been there, but it is on 104, east of rochester, so technically it would be between roch and syr.

If we schedule it somewhere that has an AWD dyno we can do that, but if we go to the same place as last year, they can only do 2wd vehicles.

I think fountain Motorsports has an AWD dyno? Larry, John?

Fountain can do two 2wd cars at the same time or AWD cars. DHP normally does $100 custom PCMs or $500 dyno tuned PCMs. If there is enough interest in a dyno day, there may not be enough time to include cars that are not in the club, but it might be OK.

If we talk to DHP, we should ask about how to dyno. There is no way to hold our car in 3rd gear so it doesn't shift to second. This makes it hard to dyno and we didn't get good data until 4k RPM. I think Charles said he might have a solution for this in ths future.

historically, Charles just flashes the new info onto your existing pcm. No swap involved.

This is why I've been wanting him to come out. I really don't want to have to deal with sending mine back, or incurring the charge to keep it, etc.

It ain't a honda, a sticker doesn't make it faster.

If the owner of DHP flashes your pcm on a custom tune job, I think that would make it rather official.

You don't need any proof, IIRC the DHP comps.....look exactley like stock comps! Why? because that is what they are! It is someone elses stock PCM, that was returned as a core.
Anyone who doesn't beleive that it's actually a DHP, can throw it into there car, and if they don't realize it is. They prolly shouldn't be driving there car anyway!
