Actually, today my heat went dead. checked fuses, all OK, but still no heat or defrost...nada. I'm thinking blower motor.

New LS1M cable is en-route. My Sirius fm modulator might also be screwing up the LS1M thing (talked to Mark) SO, when I get new cable will try scans with NO Sirius and new cable.

Car still goes through snow OK though! still running for now Laughing

well, my old cable WAS damaged from snaking it in and around the center console. The new cable is here and working. It appears that my Sirius radio IS interferring witht he LS1M. When off the scans all look OK, when on the data is goofy. I don't think it ever interferred before? I just re-tuned the fm modulator down to 87.7 (lowest setting) becasue I was getting interference from another station.

I wonder perhaps it's only the low end of the FM band that causes a problem? I'll have to experiment.
