from what i have gathered you have to have a tranny out of a supercharged gp. I guess they are built a little stronger to withstand the extra horsepower from the supercharger. If i am wrong in saying this someone correct me please. I think the tranny is a 4t65e? But correct me again if i am wrong. Good luck with the swap. |

look, i don't care what's in it, all i know is i want it OUT!!!
just to note, this isn't me being angry, but if you had a 3.1L, how would you feel?
another note: I bought my car in january cuz my Jeep Wrangler croaked, and I saw this car and fell in love, and it was either trade, or walk home, no waiting for a GTP to come in. |

John, you need to find the entire drivetrain from a 97-03 GTP / Regal GS / 2000+ Monte Carlo SS, including engine, tranny, wiring harness, axles, engine mounts, etc.
You should contact Ed Morad (gtped@msn.com) to see what he has. He lives near Cleveland and he is the Master of GP parts. _________________ 1998 Silvermist GTP Coupe
