I think the manual recommends every 15k. ...assuming you're running a stock pulley.
Use a spray pump, like from an empty bottle of Windex, to siphon it out into a soda bottle or something you can cap off.
You'll need two (actually about 1.5) of these: GM#12345982

I have been using 5w30 synthetic oil and change it every other regular oil change. That is probably about 8,000 miles. I estimate that I change my oil every 4k.

Seems to be working ok.

Replace? Naw, just top off when you hear the rattling sound from under the hood.

Oh, your results may vary.

Several people I've talked to have said that only top-offs are required for the life of vehicle and that you don't have to change it.

My dealer actually said they've never changed any supercharger oil before, just check the level to make sure its not going anywhere.

I suppose it wont get "dirty" like engine oil but I'd imagine some wear material ends up in their.

Oh man that is the worst smell!
Friction and heat break the oil down.
If you are modded and have a smaller pully you should change it more often.

The dealers are not the best sources of information, neither are the tech.'s for that matter. Which is frightful since they are SAE certified.

Wanna read an ignorant and frightning EXACT quote a fucking A Tech told me......
Quote:
A Tech.:"torque to yeild" bolts not re-usable??? Awww, we re-use them all the time. ME:What?! You dont re-use head bolts too...do you?? A Tech: yeah, we do it all the time, never had a problem. ME:Thats scary

As far as the S/C oil every 25k mi. on a 3.4" or smaller is good. Stock, 50k mi. Or dont change it at all.....[/quote]
