I run the LQ4 MAF and the stock LQ4 MAF table will get you by. BUT, scanning and tweeking is your 2nd best bet compred to having some shop tune it.
I used a program that takes my scans and tweeks them for me and makes a new table that I upload to the MAF table, with the PowrTuner. My current table is quiet a bit different than the tock LQ4, but the car runs waaay better than it did before. Exhaust smells perfect, not rich like a lot of bigger cam'd cars, and the constant 14.7-15.1 confirms it.

I did that too. There is software that takes your exported scan results and current MAF table and gives you a new table to program with the PowrTuner.

great, lol. problem is, I am in syracuse and dmc is in binghamton and I'm trying to set up a time when I can do his maf tables for him. I don't want to have to keep runnin down to do them, I might just have to stay a few hrs and get it set for him then. zzp's or 3800pro for baseline?

I started with LQ4 table then fine tuned it with a table modifier.
