I have one let me know if your still looking I also have a stock down pipe but it may need to be welded back together, I cut it in two last year.

no, this isn't for my car. My brother has a LS ergal with a bad cat and sway thats all

How much and what condition is the sway in?

The swaybar is in good condition, I took it off when I put my GMPP kit on. The cat and down pipe were taken off like 2 years ago when I put my headers on. I'll take $100 for it all, let me know
