if you have an overkill pcm can you send a scan back to will for tweaking?

i can put a preloaded tune onto your car but i cant tune persay im in utica ny

Not unless you are into doing the tricks for dealing with the brand new style things... 07 Prolly has the tweaked 05, but Will might have a newer interface to do them legit, and possibly still locks some.
