IDDVII - April 29th-30th (car show-race) at Norwalk

Yes, I know nobody likes Intense....I probably won't ever do business with them again either.....BUT....it is STILL just a gathering of fellow GPers that is fun every year (At least to me anyways) AND it is at a great racetrack facility.

If you want to bash them....please do it it another thread....I just want to know if anybody's going? Larry? Doug? I lost my detailer for this year's event Crying or Very sad ...now I'll actually have to do the prep myself Evil or Very Mad

haven't decided if I'm going yet as the Mid PA event is the following weekend anyways down at Beaver (which I heard is a suck ass track...uphill etc)

bueller?

I had a REALLY REALLY fun time last time i went......if I can get some time off work, and a little $$$ in my pockets I may be down to go again! However i would prefer to ride with someone as I don't think the Suby would go over big there. Rolling Eyes Plus you guys wouldn't want me to drive since I would have to stop for gas once on the way out since I only get
~ 400 miles to a full tank.

I think it's only 330 or so miles to Norwalk from Rochester.

Cary - I'm not sure yet. As long as other club members are going, I will probably attend. I'll let you know.

it's open to all 3800 FWD John and it's the Saturday immediately after IDD. I already registered to go to the Beaver Springs event on May 6th.

I would like to know, but I do not know how my work schedule will play out. I have no job now, so if that is still the case I will go. Embarassed I also have very little money. I would like to ride with someone else too. So if anyone wants to lend a seat it would be appriciated. I had a blast last time.

It is pitch black in the room, all of a sudden I hear bang, OUCH! as Johnny threw an attoman at Scott M in the crotch, it was quite amusing.... Laughing

Any updates on who is going to this? (IDD, I mean)

I will probably come down from Detroit with a 3800 friend or 7. If you aren't on the ball like Cary, then you're now going to have to pay $55 instead of $40. (I almost pre-registered, but was still figuring some things out.)

Should be fun, as is every ClubGP-related meet I've been lucky enough to make it to.

Is IDD a different race? Never heard of that one. And yea, I'm going to the beaversprings meet so if any of you guys decide to want to go let me know. I'm going to a meet in MI on the 22 and while I'm their I decided I'm going to drop the car off to ZZP. I'm leaving fri. and staying the weekend . Think it's going to be the best idea to get this car right. They said a couple hours and everything would be straightened out so well see. Laughing So when I go to beaver I can actully race and not worry.
