The car was a Milzy Motorsports Sponsored car which is why the work. He recently de-modded. He is a very honest guy and the prices are about right. I notice while in Binghamton that Don's Automotive Mall had an SSEi sitting in its lot that you might be able to get parts off (not a u-pull though) The transmission he was trying to sell for $1300 with a good core in return, but decided to leave it in for the sale. It alone is worth almost the price he is asking if you were to buy a new one.

I would be all over this if I had the money.

just waiting for him to get back to me.

I'll offer 4k and see if he'll let the other 6 go towards travel expenses.

make sure it can make it back to Buffalo with no problems... and have an

00 SSEI w/ cam/pulley/tune for 4k.

Sounds too good to be true, only time will tell.

He de-modded the car because he though he was going to trade it in, or that it would be easier to sell de-modded. THe tune should be very good on this car since it was a sposored car. It was at one point the second or third fastest SSEi in the us.

New PICS...

Not sure exactly why the tape is on the windows.
Looks pretty rough for a 2000... even with 114k on it.

That car does look beat. It hasn't been waxed for months at least. I don't like the loks of that rust either. If it's on the leading edge of the hood like that, it's also probably growing along the fenderlips.

All he has to do was open this bottle of Mother's in his trunk and apply a coat or two. Very Happy

That interior looks pretty ragged too. It would make a great race car, but not a good looking daily driver. Then again, my standards for appearance are just a tad higher than some others.

ok... On the rust on the hood. There is a TSB on it because they used the wrong primer on the hood and it is reacts with the aluminum hood and causes that. Most dealers will replace it/repair it under the TSB. So that is a common issue you will find with that year car. Yes, the car has been used but that is to be expected from a driver car. The issues with the body he posted could be remedied fairly easy. Interior could be gotten from Ed. Overall, it is still worth the money
