Weird. When I had these they had the SLP logo laser etched on the top of the tip...and they werent slotted.

Did these come with an SLP catback?

Not that it really matters, just weird that they made 2 versions. Maybe the ones with the catback were like this for ease of install and the aftermarket "tip only" tips weren't slotted.

I just installed a tip-only on a guy's Regal here last month, and it wasn't slotted either, just oversized to slip onto 2.5" OD.

ON TOPIC - guess my semi-dibs got overlooked, oh well no skin off my back. I kinda need the money for *ahem* PBA fundraising right now anyways. Rolling Eyes

Ok to all interested in these tips, sorry for the confusion, i am new to this and i did not realize that i had received any PM's on these tips but now that i found them it looks like burtonsyncro actually had first dibs on these. again i am sorry for the confusion.

OH wow, I just looked at those. SLP's mufflers are WAY different now. Those look like Borla or something. They used to be bigger (and stainless still) but not polished or anything like that.

Must be for the new cars--or they changed their process...?
