Moderators need more power! All Moderators please READ!

Larmo, I want to thank you for setting this forum up...it has proven to be a good forum. However we need 2 things....

1.) we need the moderators to have more power. There should be an option to ban members, and if it all possible there should be a 3, 5, 15, and perminent or remove this member options...makes it easier to quickly ban members.

2.) we need a moderators lounge or a moderator forum only, so I don't have to post information like this in the public forums. Also, since you are an administrator, I consider you a moderator of this forum, and if you see non-sense like what has been going on with Jim, feel free to do whtever to keep this forum a problem free forum.

If any of the other moderators have other suggestions please fele free to post them here.

After reading the FAQ, it seems that only the administrator(s) have the ability to create/regulate forums and ban members.

I'm still curious as to what Larmo meant when he put "done and done" in the other thread...

I agree the moderators should have a private forum to discuss and vote on bans, etc.

guys, if you're going to edit jim's posts then just delete the whole post, don't change a few words.

Jimmoolie has been banned and I've setup the Moderators Only forum. I'm trying to nail down the permissions to ensure that only Moderators can access this area.
