By now you've probably seen the new home page and portal system. While it is quite powerful, a drawback is that implementing the old calendar was impossible. That said, we are transitioning to a new calendar, accessible now with the "events" button in our header (just like always).
Mods, please begin to post the old events from the old calendar to the new one so we can begin to populate this new module. |

Maybe I'm just having a Cary, ah I mean senior Moment, but I can't figure out how to gets things onto the new calendar. The old one you just picked a date on the drop down on each post.

It's tough, you might want to write this down.
#1 - Click on EVENTS.
#2 - Click on ADD EVENT. |

I'm not seeing ADD EVENT anywhere, so it could be tough. |

You don't see an ADD EVENT button at the very bottom of the Calendar/Events page? I see the buttons with both of my test accounts. |

I do on the home computer. At work I could only see the forward and back arrows.
Weird.
Okay, so you have to add an event, and in the description link to the thread where it is discussed? |

Except that there is no way to edit entries.
For example, there is an entry for the 5/1 mod day, but no link to the thread and no "edit" button.
Any chance you could revert the calendar to the previous gen? I liked that better - much easier. |

No, no chance.
And yes, you can edit entries. They just have to be your OWN entries. (just like posts). |

Can you give mods the ability to edit all? |
