.

What do you do when you can't win "Car of the Month" with your daily driver? You buy a second GP. At least that's what Doug did. And now he's won! Larry thought it was a good idea and has tried the same thing. I guess Doug didn't like that idea, which is why he is trying to run Larry over at this picture from the most recent IDD! Laughing

On a serious note, Doug certainly deserves some recognition for his efforts and achievements. His daily driver is a strong 13 second GP, and his track car is fastest in the club (I think), setting a mark for everyone else to shoot for. Doug, congratulations. You have truly earned Car of the Month!

Wow, it's like I made the big time, "On the Cover of The Rolling Stone".

Thanks for all the kind words Mike, and for nominating my car before John or Chad take back the Clubs fastest car title. My wife thinks it would be cheaper to let someone else take point for awhile. Thanks again!!

117 mph is fast Shocked , I was going by the time he had posted on the Beaver Springs race that was supposed to happen this weekend. ZZP was sponsering it and there is a link on the ZZP site under "EVENTS" . I so wanted to go except for other plans, if you look under the attendess list, Chad has 12.2 listed as his past best time, but no mph. And they say he would most likly be the fastest GTP there. I assume he ran the 12.2 at the Beaver Springs event last year. But with a ZZP turbo install he should run in the low 11's, right John? So you or he will have the lead posistion and inspire the rest of us (and hopefully lend us a hand) in our mods to try and be faster. Our club has changed the way the locals view FWD Grand Prixs, I meen there 13.5 out a the box, right?

It appears that Beaver Bob has offered to reschedule the Beaver Spring Supercharged event , instead of today it would be on July 16th and Elk County GS (Joe) is trying to set this event back up on that new date. ZZP and TOG are spomsers. JFYI

If you are referring to the home page pic, it has to be small there otherwise it messes with formatting and people bitch.

Personally, I say step up to a 19" monitor and let's have big images on the home page Laughing

I'd like to. I keep my monitor at home at 1600x1200. But some of you guys run monitors smaller than your car's rims! Laughing Laughing Laughing
