Er...there is regrettably the previously mentioned No Alcohol rule...and the office is 25' from the pavillion, so I'm not sure beer would be sneaky enough. Mixed drinks perhaps...not that I would condone such things. Wink Laughing

Whoever ends up buying food/etc for the picnic, save your receipts....

I'll bring some drinks (water, pop). If I can, I'll get a foam cooler and some ice. I don't have a large cooler.

I have plenty of soda if Coke/DietCoke/Sprite work for everyone.

Still need mustard/ketchup/relish/other condiments.
Johnny is bringing hot dogs/rolls/chips.

4 bags of ice should be good. I'm gonna see if I can snag a large cooler on the way out tomorrow.

I have:
24 bottles of water
cans of pop (12), brisk (12), punch (12)
two foam coolers
three bags of ice

So don't buy too much more!

I'm probably going to miss the 9am train out of Victor. But I'll get there before lunch time.
