I really think we should all just get separate checks and just do it. I dont think they're going to let us pre-pay a meal we haven't ordered yet. For all intents and purposes, I just made reservations for 20-25 people to eat dinner...no other special accomodations or anything like that. It may not be quite like last year, but that's what they ahve to offor. separate checks + big tips...it's christmas after all.

Everyone has a calculator on their phone, it shouldn't be that hard. Lets agree on a individual tip. Then everyone is putting in the same amount of money for a tip, and you pay for what you eat/drink. They might even be able to divide the whole check into seats, rather then individual checks.

We should start a new thread for a list on who is going, ok i'll do that now.

OK MFers, I have the banquet menu in my greasy little italian hands:

OPTION #1: (15.99 ea.)

Chicken Riggies--you can figure that out

Sirloin Slices - 15 oz of marinated choice sirloin in a light cabernet wine sauce with shrooms and garlic mashed potatHOEs

Haddock Bella Vista-12 oz of haddock broiled in garlic butter sauce w/ peppers oinions and angel hair

Ravioli -- marinara or spicy vodka sauce

Trotellini Aglio olio - tortellini, broccoli, shrooms, tomatoes and pepers in garlic & olive oil sauce

Pasta with balls or sausage (a.k.a. Sue's Favorite) - linguine, penne, angel hair, riggies, or fettuccine with marinara

OPTION #2-$18.99 ea.

THE STEAK-- (24 ounces of artery clogging artillery) with penne marinara

Salmon - 10 oz of salmon with chef's sauce of the day (read: is he horny or sweaty today) with garlic mashed potatHOEs

Chicken Marsala - chicken BREASTS saute'd with shrooms, butter and marsala wine with angel hair

veal parm - over angel hair (VERY GOOD AND VERY BIG, my usual)

Shrimp Scampi-- over angel hair

Pork Chops - 2 8 oz chops with more sauce of the day...with...what else...angel hair.

OPTION #3 ($23.99 ea.)

Filet Portabella - 3 3oz medallions topped with cabernet cauce and portabellas with angel dust.

filet mignon - 9oz center cut with penne marinara

New York strip sirloin - a whole fucking pound with penne marinara

chef's mixed grill - 6oz filet OR veal, 5oz pork chop and 5 oz chicken breast

Twin lobster tails - 2 6 ozers with penne marinara

Surf and Turf - 5 oz filet + 6oz tail with penne marinara

all include salad and coffee.

+$3 ea for the following deserts (doesnt have to be everyone)

amaretto cheescake with raspberry sauce in a ghram crust
cappuccino icde cream pie
tartufo (vanilla and chocolate ice cream with NUTS and cherries coated with chocolate)
Tiramisu (the real kind, not what we had at carmine's)
homemade cannoli personally "inspected" by Brad "the canolli stuffer" Piper (cram filled italian pastry with a hint of Grand Marnier..ooohhh)

YES, i typed all that because im' on the clock and i can.

Option #2 sounds good...something tells me we're going to eat alot of 24 0z steaks.

you have the regular menu and the banquet menu now.

it's also possible to mix/match banquet menu's but hey...why not just get separate checks then.

Roger? Bitches.

Ill probably be attending, since i cant think of anything else that would interfere.

Regular menu is fine for me, since i dont have a problem paying for what i eat/drink/etc..

I'll do #2

If we do it with the options, dont we all have to agree on a option? If so we should prolly stick with the reg. menu

jew can mix and match options...but that's basically the regular menu then...

the options are only there for ease of payment...like i said..unless EVERYONE agrees on one option, it's not worth the trouble

Option 2 is growing closer and closer to "it".

Any more feedback?

I could just order steaks for everyone...something tells me if you were forced, you might not mind. Confused
