I went to post, and I got this message 4 times........what the hell?

I've been seeing another weird one. When going to www.unycgpforums.com I get:
| Code: | CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. |
If I go anywhere except the main portal page, or if I go to the main page while NOT logged in, things seem to work fine.
Regarding the message reported by Scott, I did NOT get that when making this post...

Can you reprogram it to return TOG headers instead of HTTP headers? Because HTTP headers fit crappy and tick a lot unless you wrap them.

www.unycgpforums.com still returns the CGI error.
....and received the following when submitting this post:
