I guess it really depends on what time you guys wanna do this thing. Is this gonna be an all day event? or just the evening? I'm down for anything really. I just hope this meet happens (unlike the other one! ) |

Nice having that many preout's, the wattage isnt that high, its a good thing your getting an amp. My pioneer is 45X4. For 6X9's I have JL's they sound real good with just my CD player. Here what I would do, get a real nice set of 6X9's Infinity Kappa are real good IMO, pretty much any speaker as long as it not cheap. I dont know if you have the twetters on your door or not. I would look in to a component system for the door set up. THat will give you tweeters, crossover, and new 4 1/2"s. Run the 6x9's and the 5 1/4's (the 5 1/4's are inthe rear deck if you have the 8 speaker system) with a 4 chanel amp to get a nice sound and run tweeters and the door speakes with the head unit. This will give you tons of versatility between the back and the front speakers. IF you dont have tweeters in the door then you probably only have 4 speakers total instead of 8 like mine. Let me know if you want help with anything. We can set down, make a game plan and go from there. With all the parts we could get this done in a few hours. Hard part is running wires to the back of the trunk (power wire, RCA's, ect....) All though there are my options for this. |
