I say we push it back one week to the 18th or 19th to give us more time to get plans orgaized.....but THATS IT! no other changes will be made to the date! If you have problems with the 18th or 19th sorry to bad either reschedule or miss the holiday party!
NOW onto the important part...where and what time! we need to find a place that will host at least 20 people at most 30 with a buffet style dinner. And NO there won't be an open bar |

18-19 works better for me.

If it is on the 19th I can attend, but not the 18th. I am assuming it would be somewhere in rochester? _________________ Mike Gorzynski |

OK no offense to mike, but change the date to the 18th...I was gonna say 18th to start, only because it seemed like last year after the party everyone had to take off, no time to sit and relax because it was a sunday.
So I think it would be better if we planned for a Saturday so we could have more time to hang out afterwards, and we should plan to meet earlier like 5 or 6...meeting at 7 just doesn't make sense. |

I'd like a Saturday night, I agree a little earlier 4:30 or 5pm to give some time to have drinks and dinner. I think getting into a place would be easier a little earlier in the evening too. I liked the place we went last year, think they would have us back? _________________ 1998 Silvermist GTP Coupe

They would prolly have us back...plus they had an option when I called to either go Ala-carte or they have a planned meal for large groups....i just figured people would enjoy ala-carte so they could feel free to spend what they wanted on dinner. |

The 18th is great for me, it would be the evening right? Theres an italian place near me that would be a great choice. I'll call and get some info for us. I'm pretty sure we can do it buffet style too if we wanted to. |

I didn't go to last year's (I think I was in NYC at the time).
If I recall correctly, didn't everyone hate it? Wasn't there some problem with the place? |

au contraire mon frere. I think the food was good. The only problem was that we all kinda of went separate ways afterwards. Oh, and the whole did-everyone-pay-their-fair-share-of-the-bill issue that always seems to come up. I think that we need to sell tickets to make sure that people have paid. I'd be willing to set up a pay pal and email tickets to people who pay. Maybe like tickets are $25 per person and $35 at the door. I don;t want anyone to get stuck paying $100 of make up and tip because everyone else splits. |
