Maybe that was the complaint: that everyone took off right after the meal.
I would suggest that if you are going to collect money ahead of time, you collect more than think you could possibly need. Remember to include tax and a good tip. If you think 25 should cover it, collect 35. Just my suggestion. |

Just to let everyone know, I called an Italian Restaurant called Carmine's in Williamsville and got some info. This is what the guy told me. We can do a group dinner starting at 10 people and going up from there. They have three different packages. the first is $11.95 per person, the second $14.95 per person, and the third is $16.95 per person. I got some info on the second package at $14.95 per person. He said that it includes the individual's choice of soup or salad, a choice of a vegtable or pasta side and the group as a whole gets to choose 3 entrees from a list of entrees. Also, coffee, tea, soda, and desert aree included. He said that the only difference to go to the $16.95 per person deal would be a more extensive list of entrees to choose from. Alcohol is not included in any package. He also said that 4:00 as opposed to 5:00 would be better for them and for us since it is a Saturday night and they do get extremely crowded.
Any input is welcome and wanted. If this is something you guys would want to do I would have to book it asap since the 18th is only 2 wks away.
P.S. I can personally vouch for this place, they have great food.

I'd say let's find out what the choice of entres are in the 11 and 14 dollar packages and pick one right away! |

I agree, Carmine's has good food. If everyone doesn't mind coming "out west" to have the dinner. |

Is that a good restaurant for large parties? It's not as much fun when we are crammed into a small table right next to four other tables. Any chance they have a separate room? |
