...that's is to say, who's bringing what.

We have 34 people to feed as of 8/8.
We have 39 people to feed as of 8/11....slackers. Razz

The basics:
Grills - Brian
Charcoal - Brian
Cooking tools - Brian
Garbage bags - Brian
Hamburgers - Greg (30)
Hamburger rolls - Jay (B'ville) (30)
Chicken - Greg (20)
Corn - John, Antwone
Cheese slices - Jay (B'ville)
Hot dogs - John C (10?), Matt A (10?)
Hot dog rolls - Guzzo (20)
Plastic cups - Brian
Paper towels - Brian
Paper plates - Jay (B'ville)
Chips - Guzzo (2x Tostitos), Antwone, Doug
Soda - Matt A (4 2L), Antwone
Water - Jay (B'ville)
Ice - Jay (B'ville)
Hot Sauce (a la Tahous) - Hahn
Alcohol - Matt A (beer), Guzzo (about a case of blue / blue light), Doug
Mustard/Ketchup/Franks/Tabasco/Relish/Pickles/Condiments - Scotty Mac
Plastic utensils - Brian
Cookies - Larry

Coolers, for those bringing soda/beer/meat
..more than one name can appear by an item as needed...

Other ideas:
Salads
Desserts
Explosives (Brad's ass doesn't count)
Toys/Games

Don't ask what you can bring, just post what you will. If something's missing from the list, bring it (to our attention)!

Same as before, post your name and what you'll bring--I'll keep this post updated.

Save your receipts. Specialty Motoring Products (Scott P) has graciously offered to help cover the food expenses.

Please let me know (PM/email/phone) how much you spent once you've purchased it.
I'll then try and post in advance of the picnic if we're able to cover it all or will be passing the hat.
