OK, so I'm about to pull the trigger on a new GTO. Yes, I found a beautiful GTO and fell in love immediately. Thank you to those that helped with the decision.
The dealer has offered me SHIT for my car for trade-in as expected. I may try to sell privately if I get a good offer. I've read KBB and AutoTrader, but how much do you really think I could get for my girl.
2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP
Dark Navy Metallic
Taupe Leather Interior
Power everything
Moonroof
35% tint all-around, professionally installed
Sony MP3 CD headunit integrated into stock Bose premium sound package
3.4" PB SC Pulley upgrade
Upstate Performance CAI
3200 BlazerTech Driving Lights
Clear corners (no condensation)
Keep in mind, I have never taken her to the track and have kept her in pristine condition. It breaks my heart to let her go but I'm 27 and single and I have a feel that won't last long... so GTO and LS2 it is !!!
Let me know if anyone has any advice and/or offers... she's getting a claybar/wax/polish this weekend so I'll be sure to take some pics. _________________ Shelby GT500 Convertible

Just give the GTP to the dealer and be done with it.
Hurry up and grab the GTO before summer is gone, now that it matters down south! |

I already put my deposit on her. She's mine. He said he'd give me a bit to figure out what I'm doing with my car first. |

You'll get more selling the Airbox separately..to me....
Seriously, you'd probably get more for it returned to stock...
Just having the pulley and airbox, you're introducing doubt to the "it hasn't been raced" statement.
And cone fucking garades on the GTO! _________________ 2018 Acadia

74k miles
No idea how much I want for it... I know how much KBB lists it for but... I like to think the way I've taken care of it and the condition its in I might catch a small premium. It really is a beautiful car... very rare combination. In the years I've had the car I have yet to see another Dark Navy Metallic GTP with taupe leather interior. |

i had troubles getting a loan for my car, too. I had savings and such that i've gotten since I was born that I have in a CD. I renewed the CD for 3 years and was able to use that as collatoral for my loan, maybe you can do a similar thing if you have savings that you don't want to tap into, but don't really need to touch for a few years |

Used car loans are harder than new. We did well refinancing my wife's car with a local credit union. If you have access to any, I'd give that a shot. |
