I just put $$$$ down on another truck so it is time to liquidate my collection.
1988 GMC Sierra SL 1500 4x4
Std Cab Long Bed
Silver/Grey, grey interior.
210,000 miles
305, 5L V8 - runs great
5spd Manual trans - shifts perfect, clutch is perfect
4x4 works perfectly
4" suspension lift
Lots of rot on passenger side, "normal" for a Buffalo truck with 210k on it, but nothing that will prevent you from enjoying this truck as much as I have. Driverside is 10x better.
Currently riding on 265/75/16s (31s) will clear up to 36". Needs back tires. Very bald. Currently riding on Wrangler TAs.
Brakes could be bled, I think there may be air in the lines, it still stops fine, just not great.
Blower motor for the heat is loud, but works fine.
Tint all around, and CD player.
Comes with push bar and fog lights not installed.
Needs wipers. Wipers work, but will not pass visual inspection.
Needs 2 lug nuts.
Has an exhaust leak just after the cat, where the pipe actually split in half. Sounds awesome.
There is a small hole under the driverside floormat, like 2 quarters big.
Pics: (Sorry, they are all camera phone, and from the first 5 hours of being on the road.)
When I was test fitting 36" wheel/tire combo:
I've been mudding in it a couple times. Does excellent even with bald back tires, you just have to keep moving. Looking for $1200, but I am a motivated seller. I can drive it to work if you want to check it out in Amherst, otherwise it sits in Akron when I'm not working. Please call 901-1081
1991 Chevy 1500WT
Std Cab Long Bed
136,000 miles
V6, Auto
Lots of rust, but nothing dangerous.
I have a black tailgate on it now, comes with the red one too. Both are rough.
Interior is very nice and clean.
Exhaust leak, I haven't investigated it yet, but it is probably the y-pipe.
No back brakes. They are blocked off at the master cylinder. Someone blew a line and I didn't feel like fixing it. New lines up front. Stops good for only having front brakes and the pedal feels very firm.
Tires are like new.
Only pic I have I think:
Was going to ask $800 but $500 will do. I won't go any lower unless you take the silver one with it. I can drive it to work if you want to check it out in Amherst, otherwise it sits in Akron when I'm not working. Please call 901-1081
HERE IS THE KICKER...
YOU CAN HAVE BOTH OF THEM FOR $1200.
That is a sweet fricken deal. _________________

frames are fine to my knowledge. You can put them on a lift if you want to check them out. I have nothing to hide. |
