Im probably going to head out to another test and tune to see how much I improved. I might go all three might go once. But, I figure I'd throw it out there for anyone else that would like to go that wants to go with other GP owners.
I got the "cable mod" all made up, gettin a 5gal. jug of 114 (got my Lead Tolerant O2), stripping the car down, and gettin a better tune dialed in. low-ER 12s here I come. Twisted Evil

Also, the 16th is a Program & show cars so dunno how packed it'll be.

Jerry,
they do time trials until about 8pm, and then start the bracket racing.
6-6:30pm seemed to be a typical arrival time last year.
Bracket racing goes like this:
For round 1, everyone participating writes their estimated 1/4mile time on their window. The goal is to beat your opponent without running faster than this. If you break-out (go before the light is green), run faster than your time, or are beaten (and your opponent doesn't break-out and run faster than their time), then you are done (you can later return to certain lanes for more time trials though). You and your opponent won't get the green light at the same time (unless your times are the same). Rounds 2+ are the same deal, until it comes down to two racers. You can adjust your time between runs.
