My first time to the the track, best reaction time was about a .8, best run was a 9.72 Not to bad, I even removed the head light....of course I ran consistent ~9.99's before dialed in at 9.90...hit 9.87 Razz Front tires need replacing...wear bears are wearing Razz A rotation will help for now.

i ran..

9.5241@77.86 w/ 2.53 60'
9.7499@77.31 w/ 2.6648 60'
9.6481@77.58 w/ 2.6293 60'
9.8172@77.61 w/ 2.7241 60'

it felt like my tires were spinning all the way down cuz the car was drifting sideways. stupid crappy cooper tires

My "best" three:
9.7231@72.60 (5 of 6 runs)
9.8660@72.79 ("Breakout" for my dialed in 9.90)
9.9313@70.61 (6 of 6 runs)

All my others are around 9.98-10.0, my reaction times were pretty bad..combination of my first time at a drag strip actually racing and being tired from work. 60 fts ranged from 2.3 to upper 2.4s.
All in all had a great time at the track, some baseline numbers to work from.

Best way to have a send off for my worn out tires that I can think off Smile

Those sixty foots aren't pretty...

"Punch it Chewie" is not a drag race strategy. Also make sure your traction control is off.

Lancaster is always tough for traction on Tuesdays (not much prep).

My best 2 last night when finnaly getting okay traction were-

8.5562@82.25
8.5539@82.10

well that with all the fluid spills and cleanups they had, there wasn't much track prep at all. lane 1 really sucked last night for me.

and how am i running the same times as biged88 but i'm trapping 5mph more?

also, my o2's were around 1000 at WOT. they used to be around 960 and the only thing i did was change my LIM gasket last sunday. afc is set for 98% on 8-11 on stock injectors and the best i could get it was 975ish
