It's been my experiance that most buildings in the greater buffalo area look like that, don't they?
I know most of our western stations look like they've survived a war (and some of them are old enough to have)
For Instance:
Notice "terminal station D' like...there were only terminal stations A, B, C, D.
That's a piece of history right there. 69 kV : 4800 V 25 Hz...that's right, 25 cycle.

It's a training week and "the kids" are downtown at the ACC doing a drill.
I'm all alone today.
This makes up for the 8 hours I put in on Saturday pro-bono finishing up training materials.
Plus I have to interview someone in a little while...so I have to mentally center myself for that.
argh.
