I know GM recommends not to add oil additives to the our oil. At my work (dealership) we work with the company BG Products and I'm always iffy about adding there products to the oil after a customer has asked for it.
Does anyone here add any kind of additive to there oil? _________________ 2000 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GTP

Mobil 1 and 80+k later you'll still see the cross-hatching. I don't see a reason to fuck with a good thing. _________________ Hi, I'm Matt. I'm the resident smartass and I have fourblack children: (ok, one's only half black..)

I use Auto-Rx for cleaning and Lube Control for maintenance. Auto-RX does an excellent job at slowly cleaning engines over the course of 2,500 miles. Lube Control keeps the oil stable and is beneficial for long oil change intervals. |
