"Friday and Saturday nights are when the real excitement happens. Fridays are race nights at New York International Raceway Park in Cheektowaga, just outside Buffalo, while Saturdays are race nights at Spencer Speedway in Williamson, Wayne County. There, cars are legally tested and driven on an official race track."
Editors should check facts, thats the mailing address, not the physical address, unless its transported recently.
"A few weeks earlier, I agreed to take a spin in Kapral's Lancer Evolution, which Newland referred to as a 10-second car (a somewhat mythological term highlighted in The Fast and The Furious). In the movie, those 10 seconds are stretched out to 10-minute scenes, aimed at driving up the entertainment while driving down the authenticity. The reality is much faster."
say what now? its either a fast lancer or I'm out of the mythical loop on this one. _________________ Best Formula N-A 12.1 @ 110 (pre-engine swap) |

The editor was an idiot and mis-quoted a bunch of people. And it's not a lancer it is a nasty evo that really does run 10's. It has the record for fastest stock block evo. The writer/editor knows apparently nothing about cars. And not all those guys street race, but some were dumb enough to blurt it there.
But if you like shit talking in a forum these guys are the kings of that shit. makes me laugh. _________________ 2007 Grand Prix GT CAI, 180* so far, more on the way

Oh God they mentioned Todd and Emery. Thats the last thing they need for their ego's Did they mention that Todd rides the coat tails of anyone in Rochester with a fast car and does nothing but talk out his ass?
Man what a joke of an article. What a shame. This is what happens when East Ave yuppies decide to tackle something they have no understanding of. Ten bucks says the editor wore his best Diesel jeans and Ralph Lauren button down shirt to the track _________________ 2000 NBM Z28 | SLP lid | Ebay LT's w/ TSP ORY | Magnaflow catback | New Era tune | Pro 5.0 | Monster Stage2 and Tick master | BMR springs/Bilstein HD's | Spohn Adj. oh dude the editor never even went to the track lol. If he did he might have realized that it's not in cheektowaga. He saw a video of emery racing at the track. And emery took him for a ride in the evo. But yeah you couldn't have said it better. |
