UNYCGP Summer Picnic - June 28, 2008 - Letchworth State Park

It's about that time again...

What: Upstate New York Club Grand Prix 2008 Summer Picnic
When: Saturday, June 28th Approx 11am - 6pm?
Where: Letchworth State Park, near the hot-air balloon launch Thanks to Brad for the link.

Buffalo caravan meet: SouthGate Plaza near the sign (Union, S of 400) @ 10:00 am
Rochester caravan meet: Lowe's in Henrietta (Hylan Dr @ 390) @ 10:30 am
Syracuse caravan meet: Warners service area (just west of exit 39) @ 9:15 - leaving at 9:30 sharp

We'll set up near the balloon-launch area, grill some food, drink some beverages and shoot the breeze. Dogs (leashed--see Letchworth rules), kids and significant-others are welcome. There is a small per-car entrance fee (~$6) to the park.
This post will be updated every couple days based on the replies. If you see something incorrect, please PM me as I might have missed a post or three.
Please reply in this thread when you can commit to going.

Things we'll need:
Soda, pop, hamburgers, hot dogs, anything else to throw on the grill(s), rolls, chips, dips, salads, desserts. Frisbee, football, lawn darts, or other family friendly entertainment. A chair for yourself is suggested.
Things that will be provided:
Paper plates, napkins, paper towels, plasticware, garbage bags, cups, grill, charcoal and the usual pyromania, ketchup, mustard, Red Hot, relish. A second grill might be helpful depending on the turnout if someone might be willing to bring one.
Things that will not:
Winning lotto numbers and rutabagas.

this could not have been more perfect timming. I will be in NY near batavia pembroke area for this weekend. I have a brother in lay graduating on saturdday at 11:00 am but after that is finished I iwll be headed out to lecthworth.

yall usually have agood time. decent turn out. I'm driving up from AL.

Hopefully the car will be put back to gether by then.

If anyone else from around the binghamton area is going, I might see if I can get up. So put me down as a maybe, I'll see what I can do work-wise. Never been to a meet before so it'd be cool to get to one of the big ones.
