Hello Gwen,
Not having a heater blower motor in Buffalo can be dangerous. Call Pontiac dealer to get estimate to replace motor. Also, if you know someone who can replace the heater motor for you, check price for motor from dealer, and aftermarket parts Stores. If someone you trust knows a good repair shop it probably will be cheaper then the Pontiac dealer.

One more thing, be certain that the heater blower motor is actually broken, it may be something else.

Have someone you trust, trouble shoot your car to make sure what the problem is.

Good Luck,
Sal Cerrone

It's $80 for a new motor from AZone. With a new motor, you don't have to worry about reliability and you won't have to listen to the eventual chirping noise the older ones develop.

I've replaced this on my GTX. Took about 30 minutes. Longer because it's colder, but shorter because you're smaller and probably more bendy than me...

Hello everyone,
Gwen, I thought I was giving some Fatherly advice to a damsel in distress, little did I know that you have grease under your fingernails.

Girls, in my youth, the only thing they did to cars was ride in them. On occasion they might help wash the car.

I do not really know anyone on this Club/Forum, but it seems to me here is a young lady with a love for cars. Now if she has a sense of humor, one of you single studs should step forward, she sounds like a keeper to me.

Match Maker,
