actually that price is "almost" about right. Ive seen quiet a few 98's with bad engine or bad trans for $1000+/- a few dollars.

How good can the body actually be on a $800 car that is over a decade old? Granted it was two years ago, but my 98 GT sold for $4,000 and even with me taking care of it, rust was attacking it.

Hey there, If you are looking to spend a bit more I have 98 GT(X) that I'm going to be selling real soon. Just would need a little body work. (Couple rust bubbles near the gas door and the SLP Spoiler would need to be repaired.) Car runs well, needs tires and a new waterpump but otherwise is in pretty nice shape for it's age. Let me know if you are flexible with the amount your looking to spend!
