According to the calendar, we've got a meet on the 15th in Buffalo, followed by one the next week in Rochester.
I'm thinking the next one should be in Syracuse, no? Somehow our monthly meet calendar got a bit out of whack. |

Oh, not a problem, and I honestly appreciate the effort you expended to put all the entries on the calendar.
I just want to make sure we are all on the same page, so we get the best turn out at each event. |

Yeah, it got out of order, because I planned the meets out before Marino offered his garage for Mod day. Personally I don't mind going to B'lo for a meet....we haven't had a meet in B'lo(besides mod day) since we went to the Transit Inn and IIRC that was November!
So if you guys don't mind, we'll stick to the Schedule.....So Sean, get ahold of me and we can make some plans so I can post them this week. |

I'll be installing a stainless steel exhaust on the MG and showing old guys how to wax a car on the 15th. But, I may have some free time that night. |

A few months back I made a suggestion to do a 'Poker Run' out in Buffalo and Rochester. Would any of you guys still be interested in this? I think we can make it part of the Buffalo meet. If not, I'll plan something else for the meet. Just gauging interest. The money that we raise can go towards the UNYCGP party fund or we can donate it to a local charity if we like. If there is interest, we should invite other clubs as well. (f-bodies)
Let me know and I'll get to planning!

Scott, normally a poker run consists of a cruise to 5 different locations(bars or other watering holes) where you get one poker card at each stop. You have the location of the stops before the 'race' but not the directions to get there. You have to get there on your own! You stop at each place to collect your poker card and shoot the shit for a bit and then move on to the next spot. At the final resting spot you lay down your cards to see who has the best hand. Normally the best hand gets some of the pot as does the worst hand. The rest goes to a charity or other cause. I'm sure we could make this more interesting, but NO STUPID DRINKING AND DRIVING PLEASE!!! If I missed anything or someone would like to add something more to the run, please post it up. The entry fee's are ~$20 and that would include some sort of t-shirt. Maybe this would be a great motovational event for me to get the shirts printed up!

This sounds familiar... did we discuss it before... on the shirt, five cards spread out with the pontiac logo as the suit of the cards...
deja vu... |

But I will need directions and all of that, time, place meeting and all of that wonderful stuff since Im pretty far away so I can plan it as far ahead as I can, My husband will be joining me this time so Just incase you need a head count, there ya go:) Let me know if you have any details yet. Sounds like fun.
Would there be like teams of 3-4 per car or something?
We should have a prize for who can get the most drunk (NOT THE DRIVER!). You are DQ'd if you puke though.
Any word on a date. I'm going to need like a month's advanced notice to make it up there.
BTW, I say we go from Roch to BLO that way we can hit up Canada afterwards. Just a thought.
P.S. I call the couch or whatever at Brad's that weekend.
