Post last night's results here.

Me -- I finally hit 13's!
First run of the season was a blistering 14.9 as I smoked the tires all the way down the track. I hot-lapped and pulled a 13.996@100.60. I hot lapped again and backed it up with a 13.953@98.61. I redlighted in the first round with a .492 R/T. I was next to a Roadrunner that was loud as hell and I couldn't really get into a groove during staging. My last run for T&T was a 14.011@97.71 against a V8 Firebird. I walked him like a boy scout as he ran a 14.44.

Oh yeah, I took the carseat out for the runs.

Excellent!

Well done, Mike! It was the anointing with Tahoe sauce that did the trick!

Nice job Mike. I, of course, will point to Clearkote and the reason he finally hit 13's. Very Happy

haha well I did maybe 6 runs and averaged about a 14.1 @97 mph Embarassed with a best on the night of 13.8@99. But johnny airbox ghetto rigged my vacuum lines back on after the vacuum t under the snout cracked and came off for all of my runs before I realized it was off. just a frustrating night Mad but i had a good time, lots of gp's there, we always seem to have the best showing of any one car every time I go.

Some other notes from the night:

* two SRT-4s running mid 14's
* A 350Z that went from high 14's to 14 flat as the night progressed
* A kick ass Chevelle that pulled its wheels a foot off the ground when it launched
* A couple slow-ass 5.9 Dodge trucks

Now the funny thing about my elimination run -- I redlighted by .008 seconds but only ran a 14.4 on that run. Looking at the video, I watch my speedometer take a dip on the 1-2 shift at 45 mph, it looks like it shifted early. I think I was spinning and lifted a little bit to hook up. Then the roadrunner blows my doors off.
