Well, the 'Vet is done so I'm going to pick it up after work tomorrow.
I guess it made 431 at the wheels. Stock heads, stock manifold. Just a cam (236/240, 111). We'll see how it drives.
That being said, John, Brad, Scotty and myself are probably going to eat afterwards. Open invitation. If I had to guess, 7 PM is going to be a safe bet.... _________________ Hi, I'm Matt. I'm the resident smartass and I have fourblack children: (ok, one's only half black..)

Completely different from the GTO for sure.
The car shakes more violently heh.
Also throttle response isn't as crisp but it pulls like an angry freakin freight train up top and it sounds nasty...currently uploading to youtube.
The GTO cost me almost 3x as much money and made 462/419 or something like that.
This car made 431/385. I do wish it made more torque but don't forget, the GTO had a few more cubic inches and a little bigger bore.
I guess I got on it in 2nd gear (I had the traction control in competition mode which will allow SOME wheel spin before clamping on the rear brakes) and I guess white smoke poured out of the car. Well, I guess it actually poured off the tires. I had no idea it was spinning at all. I'm going to have to get used to not killing myself. Heh. |

I say wasting rubber is a great way to relieve stress, I mean who doesn't like a nice burn out? well maybe the neighbors but then again if you're not the one who's raosting em then you tend to get jelous. Wanna trade for a gently used GTP in all black? I'll throw in a case of beer too |
