Honestly, if Turning Stone became a destination, I'd rather simplify things, and just hit their restaurant, and let the entertainment create itself afterwards. I'm not big on gambling, but alot of good conversations can be had while laughing at others dump perfectly good car modding cash. 
I will take the general consensus of the group & edit my top post's information accordingly within the next few days. The 19th or 20th would be the most likely candidates, so try weighing in on those with how much more able you'll be to go then.

If you're going to TS, I'm out. Only thing I hate more than throwing my money away is being bored watching someone else do it.

Yeah, don't worry, it's a controversial thing around here as well. Many don't go on principle, so I doubt the location plans will change, since replies like this were anticipated.
Please weigh in on the Sat or Sun choice, though... based on your schedule, and the options for karting to be involved as well. |

Yeah....turns out I can't do ANY of those saturdays we have company Christmas parties before christmas and the weekend after X-mas we will be in Vermont (if they ever get any snow!!!).
So it looks like if it's not on a Sunday or after the holidays i'm probably out.

Alright, with all the hoop-la, I'm locking it in as Jan 16th at the Syr Q.S.L.
It fits the push from many who replied, and also happens to be the week after I'm back from Wisconsin racing (not staying 2wks this year). The following weekends after that, we're running at Utica-Rome Speedway & defending my titles in Boonville, if you're interested. 
Karting is still an option, and I think that can remain a decision based on those in attendance on the 16th.
