Don't see anybody else claiming this "3-1-5" you keep trying to push...
...but yes, a convoy starting in Rome 1hr beforehand is possible for the Utica-Rome folks (Walgreen's or Denny's lot, most likely would be easiest).

Negative.........cant do Saturday's I work. I already took the 2nd off cause that's my B/day and I'll be driving down to North Carolina for a week....so i cant take another off.
