any body selling a higher milage w body, n body or j body???

I have a friend who wants to sell her white 4 door 99 GP, just an SE but it has the 3800,CD player with steering wheel controls etc. Has very good struts off a low mileage car. I think it has about 190k on it.
The car has 15" steel rims/hubcaps and almost new snow tires on it now, the torque stars were sold.
I thinks she wanted $1650 for it, she bought it from me for her daughter, but the kid decided she did not want the responsibility/expense of a car where she goes to college.
