My winter beater, 98 buick lesabre, had the cel come on a few days ago. Scanned it and its p0108. Well, a just replaced the pcv valve, but in doing that I pulled the top half off of the map sensor by mistake. Probably ruined it, but I put it back on anyway and then got the cel on a day later. My question is I just unplug the connection, lift and pull old sensor off, replace it, plug connnection back in? Is there anything else to it? Seems easy. Thanks for any help.

You are correct.

Some of the UIM's have clips on both sides to hold the sensor in, but other than that, nothing.
