No picnic at Letchworth. Read thread for latest.
What: Upstate New York Club Grand Prix 2011 Summer Picnic
When: Saturday, July 23 2011 Approx 11am - 6pm?
Where: Letchworth State Park, near the hot-air balloon launch
Buffalo caravan meet: SouthGate Plaza near the sign (Union, S of 400); Leaving at 10:00 am
Rochester caravan meet: Lowe's in Henrietta (Hylan Dr @ 390); Leaving at 10:15 am
Syracuse caravan meet: Warners service area (just west of exit 39); Leaving at 9:30 am
We'll set up near the balloon-launch area, grill some food, drink some beverages and shoot the breeze. Dogs (leashed--see Letchworth rules), kids and significant-others are welcome. Alcohol permitted in non-glass containers. There is a small per-car entrance fee (was $6 last year) to the park. Letchworth is a carry-in/carry-out park, so you need to take your own trash out with you.
Please reply in this thread when you can commit to going.

Bring a folding chair! If we had a few extra chairs or some tables, that would help too.
