You need the PowrTuner software. AFAIK, DHP is no longer supporting the product, but there is an active forum of DHP PT users:
http://www.powrtuner.com/
The first time you use it, the software needs to register your tuner and I believe it might have to be connected to your car at that time.

If you are a forum member, the SW can be downloaded from the site:
http://www.powrtuner.com/index.php?automodule=downloads&showcat=1

DHP FAQ thread:
http://www.powrtuner.com/index.php?showtopic=6735&hl=85DropTopTA+roadmap

I also have an 'install readme' text file if you need me to email it to you.

sam I have the DHP software, I can get a copy of it to you.
also go find TinyTuner for actual tuning, it has tables you can't get in PT. but you still need PT to upload or download your code.

Tiny Tuner is an alternative bin editor. I've never used it before.

UVscan is a great tool to use on top of the DHP software for scanning. Since day 1 with the PT in mid-04, we had various issues with the scantool, and even though the last release in '05 or '06 was a nice advancement, there was alot left on the table until UV and TT came out a couple years ago. Everything from having to download ancient versions of dotNET, to limited tables, to lost data during scans, gave alot of us a bad taste about the PT software... but the versatility of the tool inspired many to develop their own, and it's become alot more fun to use, especially vs. buying credits when you do a zillion different 3800's, and swap jobs.

Not sure where the links/files are hiding anymore... but thanks for reminding me to back them up on a jump. Cool
