My Aeroforce gauge died the other day after installing it in my new car. Just happened to have a extra one to test it with from a friend and ended up being a bad OBD2 cable. I've had a little trouble getting in contact with Aeroforce directly so figured I'd post it up to see if someone had an idea. Here's a couple pictures attached to show whats the issue with it I'm thinking. (I'd open my friends cable but I didn't want to damage his) Green wire doesn't seem to be ever attached.

I see three wires, which are probably the data, power, and ground from the OBD-II connector.
I will look at mine tonight. It doesn't work either. _________________ 1998 Silvermist GTP Coupe

I can't totally tell from the pic, but this hole seems to have solder in it where others do not. Likely just needs to be re-soldered in place.
I would still wait and see what Guzzo comes up with looking at his though

Yea, I saw that and I did re-solder the wire into that hole but still nothing. Checked resistance through every wire used and theirs no breaks even if you move it. |

Not sure what to tell you without a wiring diagram or a working one you can open up and look at. I would if I had one to open up. GL |

OK here's mine, shitty blackberry camera can't macro focus
this is looking down into the connector with the back off.
green is soldered in the first hole, white is next to it. skip one, then black. skip three then red.
under tat is empty, resistor lead, then the other end of the resistor has a white wire that comes off it. don't know where that is supposed to go.

I'll have to compare it to mine when I go to work after the holiday, I left it their. Hard to tell but how many pins do you have on the plug side? I only have 3. |
