I'm going to spend $40 on dinner and beer. Than T/B's plus beer. And bowling and more beer. I think a limo would put $$ over what I'd want ? Remeber half of us don't have jobs. |

I'd be down if it isn't at a strip club. I'm not really too keen on going to a nudie bar with a bunch of guys I don't know or barely know-lol.

I agree with Mike about having this holiday party more 'family friendly', even thorough Brad and I were trying to put a package together with a hotel room and some other "activities". I'm down for whatever we do though! |

Still lots of ideas, however the Holiday party WILL be in Rch since it will make it an easier drive for the Syracuse, and Buffalo members since we will have to drive about the same distance.
I would like a "nice" not $100+ per plate, but something that requires a shirt and tie, but not something that is going to break the bank! Also, there are alot of good ideas, I really like the idea for renting a party room, and having dinner and drinks, however that is going to cost us alot of money, and most people are willing to spend $50 per person to have dinner and drinks....I know I don't want to. I don't think my GF would like the trip to Canada for the "ballet", and this is supposed to be a "family freindly" event......so keep that idea for later and we'll use that! Maybe we can have a dual meet with our canadian brothers at a place like platinum!
Since it is December right now, we need to finalize some ideas soon so we can get this plan in action. I am thinking the 2nd week in January might be a better time for the party since most people will be back from holidays at that time, and if we plan it right, our college bound members will still be at home! |
