Here's another scan, with my stock( 3.8 ) pulley @ 10.49 PSI!!!!!!
And 4.5 KR!! All I ask is why me??????????? WTF? |
10.5 psi sounds a bit out of whack for a 3.8? I mean mine was like 6psi? |
Same here, mine gets up to as high as 8 in cold weather, but usually hovers around high 6's low 7's on average. 10.5 does seem real high for a 3.8. |
I would venture to guess youhave some serious problems with your motor right now and I would take it easy with it until you figure out what. As someone mentioned I would check for a clogged cat. |

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say your cat is clogged.
* IAC at idle is about 40-45 which means no vac leak
* LTFTs look OK at steady cruise. See LTFT go little negative at part throttle when you take your foot off the gas? Normal, PCM trims back fuel to compensate for the rich condition created when the throttle plate closes.
* But I saw LTFT lock at +7.0 during a WOT romp with O2s of 940ish . But no KR On that run? Blip of 0.6? So when you crack the throttle open you create a lean condition, PCM has to (+) trim to add fuel. Maybe skew the '7' range on your AFC a little bit to put in 1% more fuel at the transition. _________________ 1998 Silvermist GTP Coupe

I am starting to think the same thing. I had a brand new cat clog in two months - almost solid! It was doing a lot of the same things that yours is... |

After you verify that it is aclogged cat, you should look into how it got clogged. No use ruining a new cat if the problem is still there. |
