I agree that this is a Gran Prix club primarily, but what does that mean? |

It's kinda like a "don't ask, don't tell" for all of those other gay cars.

Here is my reasoning behind W-bodies and L67 powered cars. This is a Grand Prix Club and discussion board. Most of the information discussed on here about Grand Prix's can be benificial to other W-Body cars as well as L67 (and L36) powered cars. Also some of the W-Body and L67 powered car owners may be a valuable resource to our Grand Prix Club. Hence they are welcome to participate.
All the other losers with their Subaru's, BMW's, T/A's, and Toyota's are just wannabe's and wish they had (still had) a sweet Grand Prix, and are just living vicariuosly through us (you).

For what its worth, my opinion is that this is a Grand Prix discussion board for owners and fans of Grand Prix's... and in my opinion you don't have to OWN a Grand Prix to be a fan of them. That said, everyone should be welcome at UNYCGP.
Just my opinion !! _________________ Shelby GT500 Convertible

Very good point Larmo. In fact that is the reasoning that I originally worded our club as:
"The Upstate New York chapter of Club Grand Prix is dedicated to Pontiac Grand Prix enthusiasts in the Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and surrounding areas."
I intentially used the word 'enthusiasts' instead of 'owners' for that exact reason.
Unfortunately it was also the loop hole that allowed us to adopt Brad.

Ya know, it is imortant that the GP members and club officers draw some type of line as far as participation in track events, certificates, etc...
As long as the line is after the Regal
I have always been thankful for being allowed in the club track events and prizes. I would totaly understand if a club only allowed those events to be open to GP's.
Just my two cents. |

LOL I'm quite happy to be rid of my GP. Have Johnny post the scans he did of my car, if you all want a laugh.
Now, excuse me while I take out my Kawasaki for a spin!
