Jon an XL will be huge on you man. From my horrid memory I'd guess your head is about the same size as mine and my helmet from Summit was a medium.
They have a sizing chart that tells you how to measure. Don't guess! You want a helmet that fits properly.
If you plan on only using it in the car then I would recommend an open face helmet. If you want to use it for snowmobiling and or motorcycle riding obviously get a full face. |

Rob - yeah when i measured my head it came out to be a 22 1/2 which is a medium so thats what ill prolly get. ill have to go try a few on.
