I can also license any other GM car / truck if it is available.

If anyone needs a tune, I would be happy to help any UNYCGP members, and anyone else that you refer to me.

All tunes will be done with the MPVI Pro and R-500 WB. PM me to set up a time if you are interested. Availability is limited, but I will be in and aroud the tracks through the end of the season.

only car you have told us about you tuning is your own. so what experiance / shop cars do you have to show that you can tune with good results? intense jumped in head first with bench tuning and melted alot of pistons and blew up alot of motors. with all these new cars some have DOHC motors with VVT i am sure they are not easy to tune with extinsive and costly dyno time.

whos dyno do you use?

IF no dyno are you only doing bench tuning?

if you are bench tuning how do you know what is/not safe with all these new cars.

In case you have not noticed, I have not been around very much the last 6 months. A Lot has happened, and I have been very busy running between shops and tracks.

I am bound by certain non-disclaimers to say too much, but I have tuned the majority of the vehicles on the list, and am adding new licenses every week as needed, including 4cyl, V8 and deisel for cars and trucks.

It is up to you man, the 3800 is one of the easier ones to tune. If you want to take me up on the offer - go for it, if not, that is OK too. I am just trying to help people in the club out, not start or participate in another argument. Very Happy

People pay DHP $100 just to make changes to their DHP PCM they already paid for and own.

Larry has a point. I'd pay 75 for a tune...but Gary, you might want to think about posting up some sort of credentials or results or graphs or some sort of quantitative data....SOMETHING to show how much you have done and/or know how to do. (Just because I own a TI-89 doesn't make me a mathematical genious....even though I am Razz Rolling Eyes )

Again, though, 75 for a tune that works good is a steal. Now if it was a dyno tune with real numbers....twice that is a steal too....think about it Wink

I would be happy to meet any of you at any dyno of your choosing within 150 miles. I have made 4 trips to St. Thomas this summer alone.

Price stays the same for all club members. That includes any dyno - day events.

If you finally got your own car trapping higher than 100 on a consistent basis I would consider some word of mouth advertising to a few people that could use tunes. $75 is a good deal for a solid tune.

Sounds like a decent deal. Do you need a dyno/track to do your tuning, or can you just do it at someone's home? There are a group of Bonnevilles meeting in Rochester on the weekend of the 5th of Oct that I might be able to get a couple people interested in. Or next spring there will be some meeting in Springfield, MA and going to the track.

Let me know some more details on exactly what you can do, and what you need for basics.
