Will pay a commision to a Club member if they refer somebody who buys it.

I have over $35,000 invested in this well-sorted, highly modified, yet reliable and daily driven 1993 Toyota MR2 Turbo. I have spent over $20,000 on high-performance upgrades and over $5,000 in labor in the last year, including a brand new fully built motor. Almost all wear and tear items have also been replaced with either a high-performance upgrade or Toyota OEM parts. That's right, almost all of the parts on this car are less than a year old.

This car holds the record for the fastest CT26 based turbo. It can do 0-60mph in 4.1 seconds, 0-100mph in 10.4 seconds, and the standing 1/4 mile in 12.5@110mph. It also holds the 2.0L Blown Super Street Land Speed Record at 152.5mph in the standing mile.

I built this car with the intention of making around 450whp with a 50 Trim T3/T4 StreetBrawler turbo, but I also wanted to make sure there was plenty of room in case I wanted more horsepower later.
With the motor and head work that has been done the redline can be safely raised to 8500rpm. The motor can handle over 600whp, the fuel system can support up to 500whp, and the stand-alone engine management system will allow you to customize and tune to whatever your needs and goals are. All that would be needed to make that kind of horsepower is to bolt on a bigger turbo. That is it.

It also has a fully adjustable road race coilover suspension setup that can be electronically controlled from inside the cockpit to adjust the settings. The car weighs under 2800lbs and makes 380hp. That is a power to weight ration of 7.3lbs/hp.

No expense was spared in building this car. The motor was fully built by ChrisK of EngineLogics, the installation/labor was performed by Dave Jenny of MR2Warehouse/PA Auto Racing, and it was tuned by Bryan "NoShoes" Moore of NoShoes Speedworks. This is a veritable whos-who list in the MR2 community.

ECTA G/BFSS (2.0L Blown Fuel Super Street) Record Holder

The engine has around 3,000 miles on it and the chasis has about 119,000 miles. Car has a clean title and clean carfax and has not been in an accident to my knowledge.

Asking $14,995obo for a quick sale. I feel that is more than a fair price, since that's less than half of what it would cost to duplicate this. Again, my loss is your gain.
So if you are looking for a reliable, well-sorted, very fast, excellent handling sports car for relatively cheap, look no further. This is the car for you.

Car is located in central NJ.

LOL you notice he doesn't mention that in the ad!

So why ya sellin, Scott?

And, for stupid question of the day... if the car does 0-100 in 10.4 seconds, why does it take another 2.1 seconds to get the next 10 mph?
