Sorry, I don't know of a local place for the kit. The gasket itself you can get at Napa for about $3, but not the studs/springs/etc.. The gasket is Napa part #EXH31556.
Unless New Era carries RandomTech stuff... John?

yup, stock, ported manifolds, and a zzp Powerlog will all work with it.
