I maintenaced my brakes the other day. I bought some Duralast Ceramic pads.....so farthey suck donkey nuts. _________________ Good Bye.

Major brake fade even on semi hard stops.
Inconsistant grabbing power on each side. |

What as your break-in procedure? Did they seat properly? |

I only ask because I have installed these exact pads, front and rear in both my 98 GTP and my wifes Buick Regal a month or so ago, and I like them so far. GTP has 12" fronts but Buick is stock 11". |

The rotors are young and in good shape.
I did a pretty good brake in.
No formal procedurel, just 60-10, 60-5, 60-10, and a long cool down before stopping completly.
I have broken in many many pads in my time, but this is the first time I have used these.
They are safe, but just don't feel as good as the last (cheaper) set I had. |

Strange.. Although I have no personal experience with those pads.. Ive been using Raybestos Ceramics for as many brake jobs as I can remember. |
