User Ranks

You're probably wondering what the hell that "Grand Prix Peon" is underneath your username. Well, it's just a test user rank level that I've setup. (another cool bell and whistle amongst the millions available).

Basically, it assigns a predetermined level to each of you based on the total number of posts you have contributed to the forums.

Like I said, what I have now is just a test, but they are as follows:

Grand Prix Peon - 1 post
Grand Prix Knight - 10 posts
Grand Prix Prince - 50 posts
Grand Prix King - 100 posts

We definitely need something cooler. The national boards use SE Level, GT Level, GTP Level, and GP Addict for their user ranks. Should we go ahead and copy them? (I for one don't mind)

Personally, I'm not a fan of the stars and titles on clubgp or any forum really. I think that it just encourages post-whoring.

1- Jump Starter
2- Back Seat Driver
3- Stunt Driver
4- Supercharged
5- Site Admin / Moderator

or something along the lines of stupid GP vocabulary:

1- Knock Retard
2- Pulley Pusher
3- Throttled Body
4- Horsepower King
