Im looking for a Grand Prix Prefferably a 4 door GTP or Regal GS. I dont care much about mileage as long as the car is mechanically sound, in decent condition and passes NYSI. If you have an L67 car with bad engine or trans I am interested as there is a, more than healthy, L67/4t65HD in the garage. Please send any pics/offers to PontiacGTA0316@hotmail.com

I know where there is a Maroon 04 GTP (4 dr) but it is at a Pontiac dealership here in Vestal.
Along with a white 98 Regal GS and a Dark Bronzemist Metallic 04 Regal GS in Sidney at a dealership. Just thought I pass them to you even though they might not be what you want from a dealership and distance.

Damn... I want your hood off your GTX Laughing Thought I'd throw that in there.

I wish I had the hood to sell to you. In fact I rather have given it away then put it thru a tree. I should probably update my sig and stuff. I graduated to the Mighty LS1. I owned a 99 Formula and then traded that up for a 98 Trans Am. Im looking for a car that I can daily drive for now and come spring, bolt in my XP cammed, ported blower, TOG, and 3.0 pulley engine with my 3200 converter. Then my DD will be a 13 flat 4dr grocery getter and my "nice car" is the ,old man owned, from Fla. LS1 Trans Am, That covers the 1/4 mile at 13.4 on a good day. I miss my GTX, I even owned an Aurora for a while but it wasnt the same

I am hijacking the shit out of this thread.

My car is a 98 GTX. It's the car whose picture is in the banner.

Right now it has it's third motor in it. Doug's stock L67 from his 98 DD.

I have it together but I haven't gotten it running yet. Technically it's modded because it has a 3" catback with ultraflow mufflers and a 3" OR downpipe. Past that, it's a pretty much stock motor.

It cranks, fires a few cylinders and dies. I havne't cared to figure out why yet. I've got two other cars and about three full time jobs (well, one, but you know, do more with less).

My guess is new plugs and wires and new gas (the stuff in the tank has been there for almost 2 years now..eek.)

I don't really want to let them go but I will--I have four brand new tires 235/45/17 not mounted because 3/4 of the tires on the car are flat.

Ok, so it doesn't sound that great, but it's a real GTX...the interior is in great shape. I've taken care of the car very well. It could use a buff but it'd be a great dd. Comes with the mesh grilles, obv. gtx hood and wheels, and however many grand prix parts you want to cart out of my garage.

I think to odometer is right at 120k.

$2,000 takes it. In Solvay, NY: A suburb of Syracuse.

Matt, that engine should run fine, it was strong enough to crack my flex plate just before it was pulled Confused What PCM is in the car now, should be set for stock injectors, not 42 lb. That would cause a problem.

I got a stock PCM in it now. Same deal.

Gotta check the crank and cam sensors and new gas, plugs, wires, probably fire right up.

it sounds like the firing order is wrong so we'll see...when it gets warm out...unless anyone else wants to see first.

2k takes it

Whenever you want to come to syracuse.

Generally weekends are best.

For instance, I'm at work and have been here since 630. Long days.
